Unopened products in good condition may be returned upon approval of our office. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to get approval for the return. We are not able to refund shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or have their tamper-evident seals removed.

All items purchased from Medicine Flower are made in conformance to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility as a customer to provide a deliverable physical address for delivery. Orders that cannot be delivered due to a incorrect physical address will incur a delivery charge to the customer's account.
