A Letter From The CEO Regarding COVID-19

Dear Friends & Customers,

In these unprecedented and challenging times our team at Medicine Flower would like you to know that we recognize the personal impact and uncertainty this situation has had on everyone. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those who have been or will be affected. The health and well-being of our staff, customers and suppliers is of the utmost concern to us and like most of us in the world we are closely monitoring the ever-changing COVID-19 PANDEMIC. As public advisories and updates frequently change, we continue to take multiple steps to prepare for the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

As of today, March 27th, 2020, our manufacturing facility in Glide, OR remains in operation, however our retail shop has been closed to the general public. As an “Essential Business” we will continue to manufacture and ship orders to serve our customers around the world. Moving forward we may be reducing our hours of operation, and reducing staffing as needed.

In light of the growing concern regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we have implemented the following:

  • Following guidance and recommendations of federal & state authorities
  • All employees able to work remotely are now doing so to avoid contact
  • Implementing enhanced cleaning and safety protocols within our facility
  • Attempting to increase inventories in response to surge demand
  • Eliminating all travel

As a precautionary measure, we have limited access to our buildings. All non-essential contractors, vendors, delivery carriers and other visitors are not permitted to enter company facilities. All packages coming into the facility are left in a secure area and sanitized before being brought into the premises. Outgoing packages are also placed outside the facility to avoid personal contact with delivery carriers. If you need to place an order, view a document, or check the status of an order, please continue to call or email our sales and customer service team. We remain available to discuss any concerns you may have.

We are aware Medicine Flower plays a critical role in supplying our customers with needed products. We take this responsibility seriously and remain dedicated while looking out for the safety of our employees, our customers’ employees, and the community in which we live and work. We understand the products and services we deliver are essential to you and your businesses. Our sanitizers, essential oils and immune enhancement products are in high demand and hopefully will make a difference. It is equally important we take the appropriate steps needed to help protect the health and well-being of our customers, community, and employees.
