Apricot Mango Jam

- 1 ½ cup fresh mango
- ½ dropper of mango Medicine Flower essence
- ¼ cup of dehydrated apricots
- Pinch of salt and juice of a small lime for a more rounded out flavor
Blend and serve.
Extension: Add a bottle of vinegar to the blender after you have put jam in the serving bowl. Blend the vinegar with the mango jam leftovers that is still in blend. Then, boil vinegar and let cool. This will create a nice infused vinegar.
