Lemon Curd

- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1½ cup Irish moss gel
- Coconut nectar to taste
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 dropper of lemon Medicine Flower essence
Blend in blender and top it with lemon zest before serving. It will firm up like a panna cotta texture in the fridge.
