Superfood Pudding: Maca Panna Cotta

- ½ cup Irish Moss Gel
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 T Maca Powder
- 1 dropperful of Medicine Flower Butterscotch
- A small amount of coconut nectar to taste for sweetness
- Pinch of salt
- 1 t/2 lemon juice
Blend into a pudding. It will firm up a like a pannacotta when you put it in the fridge.
